Le 20 mars 2026 se tenait le concert de Peer Pressure à la Source Martinière, un concert très attendu par tous! La Spring Break Tour du band s'est terminée dans la belle ville de Québec. La soirée débute vers 20h15, laissant le temps aux gens de rentrer et de se préparer à une soirée mémorable.
Drop Out Cold, un band innovant de Québec, ouvre la soirée en force! Les gens commencent à se réchauffer un peu, s'étirent... Les fidèles de la scène hardcore à Québec sont au rendez-vous, plusieurs têtes familières apparaissent en face de la scène, les costumes au rendez-vous(s/o à my friend Joël aka la Tortue, aka la tête derrière Scene BSL) et LET'S GO, ÇA PART!
Ils nous offrent toute qu'une performance, ils enchaînent banger après banger... La vibe hardcore old-school passe le test, ils sont là pour tout donner, ils voient la crowd réchauffée, en sueur...
Le band vient d'annoncer les prochaines dates qu'ils seront en concert, tu ne veux pas manquer ça!

Après toute qu'une performance d'ouverture, le band hardcore tout droit de Drummondville Blank monte sur scène, un autre groupe très attendu par la foule d'la ville de Québec. La crowd est prête et Blank aussi; riff, breakdown, growl s'enchaînent, ça brasseeeee! Le son, l'énergie, la vibe lourde/féroce/agressive est on point... Les gens en veulent plus, toujours plus!
Un hardcore agressif et brutal comme on aime à Québec! Les gars nous offrent toute qu'une performance sur la scène d'la Source! Très contente de les avoir dans notre ville et de ramener les bonnes vieilles vibe de show qu'il y avait avant; on veut être présent, le vivre à 200% et souvent, malheureusement ça vient avec, avoir un post-depression show!
Restez à l'affût, ils sortiront prochainement leur nouveau single & clip BARK LOUD! On pourra également les voir au Festival au Lac de Granby!

C'est au tour de nos voisins Ontariens de chauffer la scène! Thorns, originaire de Waterloo
et localement bien connu, se produit pour la première fois en sol Québécois. Dès leur arrivée,
ils sont en amour avec la ville et les gens de Québec... Ils sont nerveux, fébriles, mais extrêmement fiers et reconnaissants de pouvoir vivre cette expérience; jouer sur cette scène et la partager
avec des bands locaux si incroyables. Les gens sont prêts face à la nouveauté, l'inconnu...
Dès les premiers riff, chug, breakdown, drop, la vibe lourde/agressive; la foule embarque immédiatement! Le pit est en mouvement constamment, ils en redemandent. It's a wrap! Ils ont déjà conquis le cœur et le respect d'la crowd. Une performance trèèèès solide. Joie, satisfaction, fierté; les gars ne veulent plus repartir, ils sont comblés.
Thorns; début très fort, émergent et authentique! On veut les revoir à Québec!

Pour finir cette soirée incroyable, la tête d'affiche, Peer Pressure. Ils étaient très attendus, le dernier show de cette tournée dans leur ville, une fierté locale! La chanteuse, Victoria, hype les gens; certains ont déjà trèèèès chauds, certains montrent des signes de fatigue... Pas de repos pour le pit LET'S GO! Ils enchaînent leur succès; c'est solide, c'est lourd, ça fesse!
ON EN VEUT TOUJOURS PLUS!
Leur présence sur scène, la lumière, le son; tout est puissant! Difficile de ne pas headbang en prenant des photos! Victoria invite le monde à venir chanter/scream/growl avec elle, les gens embarquent sur la scène et se jettent dans le pit. Elle a une belle énergie, une voix contrôlée qui nous fait réfléchir et qui nous donne envie de tout donner avec le band! Ils ont une belle proximité avec la crowd... celle-ci en redemande encore et encore; headbang, mosh/circle pit... On veut se défouler, on veut se sentir vivant!
Peer Pressure est bien établi au Québec et dont la popularité ne cesse de croître! Ils seront de passage à plusieurs gros événements/festivals: Pouzza Fest Mtl au mois de mai, Festivoix au mois de juillet, Vans Warped Tour Mtl au mois d'août et plus encore... Ajoute ces dates là à ton agenda et suit leurs réseaux sociaux pour ne rien manquer!

On March 20 2026, Peer Pressure took the stage at La Source Martinière for a highly anticipated show. The band's Spring Break Tour wrapped up in the beautiful city of Quebec City. The night kicked off around 8:15 PM, giving people time to settle in and get ready for a memorable evening.
Drop Out Cold, an innovative band from Quebec, opened the night with intensity! The crowd slowly started to warm up, stretching out and getting into it... The loyal faces of Quebec's hardcore scene showed up, with plenty of familiar faces right up front. The outfits were on point (shoutout to my friend Joël, aka "the Turtle", aka the mind behind Scene BSL) and LET'S GO - it's on!
They delivered one hell of a performance! Hitting one banger after another... The old-school hardcore vibe passed the test - they were there to give everything they had. They could see the crowd heating up, getting sweaty... and this was only the beginning.
The band has just announced their upcoming tour dates - you definitely don't want to miss it!

Hardcore band Blank from Drummondville hit the stage - another act the Quebec City crowd had been eagerly waiting for. The crowd was ready and so was Blank; riffs, breakdown and growls came one after another - it was going OFF. The sound, the energy, that heavy/fierce/aggressive vibe was completely on point! People wanted more... always more! Brutal, aggressive hardcore just the way we like it in Quebec City.
The guys delivered an insane performance on La Source's stage. It was so nice to have them in our city, bringing back those old-school show vibes we've been missing. The kind of performance you want to be fully present for, to live 200% - and yeah, it comes with it... that post-show depression. The perfect formula for a killer set!

Next up, our neighbors from Ontario took over the stage! Thorns, straight out of Waterloo, performed in Quebec for the very first time. From the moment they arrived, they fell in love with Quebec City and the local scene. Nervous, excited but incredibly proud and grateful to live this experience - playing this stage and sharing it with such amazing local bands!
The crowd was ready for something new, for the unknown... From the very first riff, chug, breakdown and drop, that heavy/aggressive vibe hit hard - the crowd instantly locked in. The pit didn't stop moving, people kept asking for more. That's a wrap - they've already earned the hearts and the respect of the crowd. A very solid performance from the band!
Joy, satisfaction, pride - the guys didn't want to leave... and honestly, Quebec's scene clearly won them over too. Thorns - a powerful debut, an authentic and rising band!

To close out this incredible night, it was time for the headliner: Peer Pressure.
They were highly anticipated - the final show of the tour in their hometown, a true source of local pride! Frontwoman Victoria immediately hyped up the crowd. Some were already so overheated, others starting to show signs of fatigue... No rest for the pit - LET’S GO! The band powered through their hits one after another - it was tight, heavy and it HIT HARD.
WE ALWAYS WANT MORE!
Their stage presence, the lighting, the sound - everything felt powerful. Honestly, it was hard not to headbang while trying to take photos! Victoria invited people to come up and sing, scream and growl with her - and the crowd showed up! Fans climbed on stage and threw themselves straight into the pit. Her energy is infectious, her voice controlled yet raw - it makes you think, but also makes you want to give everything alongside the band!
There's a real connection between them and the crowd... It keeps asking for more and more: headbanging, mosh/circle pit - everyone just wants to let go and feel alive!
Peer Pressure is a well-established band in Quebec and their popularity keeps growing. They'll be hitting several major events and festivals: Pouzza Fest in May, Festivoix in July, Vans Warped Tour Montreal in August and more!
